How do you prefer to communicate with team members? Why?

Of course, communicating with team members effectively is absolutely important. In my opinion, there is no best way to communicate with team members because it is different according to the situation. One of the best ways for me is the mixture of such ways. Discussion face to face is, of course, really good. However, it is little hard to expect that all members give their best opinions or ideas at the moment in the meeting. That is why using e-mail is needed as well. I think this way is really good for those who are not only shy but also think carefully and give their opinions at the same time.^^
